Are these official team kits?

No — and that's the point. Kitwave designs are 100% original. We don't sell replicas or use any team crests, logos or player names. You're buying art inspired by the countries, cities and colours of the game, made for everyday wear.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has an interactive size guide — enter your height and weight for a recommendation, or check the exact measurements. Our gear uses standard US unisex sizing; if you're between sizes or want a relaxed fit, size up.

When will my order ship?

Everything is printed to order in the USA, so each piece is made just for you. Production takes up to about 10 business days (often faster), then US shipping is typically 3–7 business days on top — so please allow roughly 2–3 weeks overall, a little longer during the busy 2026 season. You'll get tracking the moment it's on the way.

How do I track my order?

You'll get two emails: an order confirmation right away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your package leaves our facility. Heads up — tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan once the carrier picks it up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production starts quickly, email support@kitwave.store within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it goes to print. After that we usually can't stop it.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Right now we focus on the United States to keep delivery fast and reliable through the 2026 season.

What's your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — please use the size guide before ordering. But we stand fully behind our products: if anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it free. How's the quality?

Jerseys are full all-over-print sublimation that won't crack or peel. Tees and tanks are premium ringspun cotton with a soft, durable print. All printed in the USA.
