We want you to love your Kitwave gear. Because every item is printed on demand just for you, our policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf retail — please read before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery at support@kitwave.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Reach out within 30 days and we'll help you sort out a replacement in the right size. Because items are made to order, a re-print fee may apply for sizing changes that aren't our error.

What isn't covered

As made-to-order products, items can't be returned simply for change of mind, and we can't accept returns of worn or washed garments (unless faulty). Please use the size guide and product details before checking out.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before production starts.

We're a small independent brand and we genuinely care about getting this right — if something's wrong, talk to us and we'll look after you.
