Kitwave is an independent apparel brand selling original, made-to-order fan gear. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any football federation, governing body, league, club, team, or official tournament or event. All designs are our own original work and do not reproduce any official kit, crest, logo, mascot, emblem, or player likeness.

2. Products & made-to-order

Our products are printed on demand specifically for each order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed garment. We reserve the right to limit quantities, especially on limited drops.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our designs, the Kitwave name and logo, graphics, and copy — is the property of Kitwave and protected by law. You may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitwave is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
